Beauty and the Beast
Even as we prepare for tomorrow's regional
dialogue on Mahanadi, I made a round of the Mahanadi Ring Road at Sambalpur and
found the beauty as a beast... A heavily polluted Mahanadi is sounding dooms
day for both Chhatisgarh and Odisha.
